At Sculptd, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a hassle-free return and refund process within 30 days of purchase.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Refund Conditions

To qualify for a refund, items must:

• Be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Be unworn and unwashed
• Retain all original tags and labels
• Be in original packaging when possible
• Be free from damage or excessive wear

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, contact our support team at supportsculptd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the credit.

Exceptions to Returns

The following items are non-refundable:

• Items purchased on final sale or clearance
• Items that show signs of wear, stains, or damage
• Swimwear or undergarments without hygienic tags intact
• Custom or personalized items
• Items returned after 30 days

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for defective items. For other returns, customers may cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
